Yannik A. Luckow
Yannik is one of the founders of Quint GmbH and embodies the pragmatism of our firm. Where the going gets tough, his passion for implementing and achieving needs-based goals begins. Sophisticated strategies, taking into account internal and external conditions and objective calculations, are his specialty and enable targeted decision-making. Interdisciplinary national and international project management round off his profile.
Based in the north of Germany, Yannik had an outstanding career at one of the world's leading tax and audit firm before deciding to continue on his own way.
In his spare time, he devotes himself lovingly to his family, house and property and enjoys water sports.

Toni Wu
Toni is a valued member of the founding team at Quint GmbH. As a point of contact for national and international clients, he supports them with the many challenges they face in tax advisory and auditing. Whether German, English or Chinese, communication is not only a door opener for Toni, but also the key to successful cooperation.
Over the course of his career, Toni has gained extensive project experience - from Start-Ups to large corporations - and has built up exceptional expertise.Based in the German capital, Toni can look back on a long career at one of the leading medium-sized auditing firms. He is now continuing his passion independently at Quint GmbH.
In addition to his commitment to Quint, Toni has a special affinity for cryptocurrencies and is active in a variety of team sports.

Dr. Konstantin Dittmann
Konstantin has been working as a Certified German Tax Advisor in Hamburg and the surrounding area since the late 1980s. His focus is on advising small and medium-sized companies in the following sectors: Construction, trade, doctors, dentists, e-commerce, gastronomy, crafts, services, real estate, equestrian sports and riding facilities, transportation and logistics (freight forwarders), educational institutions, start-ups and business plans.
He also worked as a lecturer in business administration, accounting and tax law at the University of Hamburg for many years, published a dissertation on “Determining insolvency and over-indebtedness as prerequisites for insolvency offenses under Section 283 of the German Criminal Code” in 2009 and has been a specialist consultant for the execution of wills and estate administration since 2012.
When Konstantin is not devoting his time to his clients, he can be found at the equestrian center with his dog (Australian Shepherd) and horse.
